We are opening OKX Wallet and DEX to enable AI Agents.
Our OnchainOS (featuring the widely-used DEX API) now has a full AI layer that developers can use to enable AI agents for new applications. These new native AI capabilities enable programmability to operate across chains autonomously.
The reason is straightforward: AI agents are becoming active participants in onchain markets. They need to pay for services, execute trades, read market conditions, and manage wallets. The infrastructure to do that reliably hasn't existed.
Our onchain operating system for developers enables anyone to program AI agents across our wallet and onchain marketplace, products used by more than 12 million wallet users on a monthly basis. It's a complete workstation: everything a developer or AI agent needs to build and operate onchain, in one place.
Three ways to build
One of the things that makes OnchainOS different is how flexibly developers and agents can access it.
Through AI Skills, agents interact with onchain services in plain language - no complex API integration, no blockchain wiring. The agent describes what it wants to do. OnchainOS handles the rest.
Through MCP (Model Context Protocol), OnchainOS connects directly to AI agents and LLM applications — meaning any major AI framework can call onchain actions natively. That includes Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, and all major agents.
