We want to give you advance notice of a scheduled system maintenance window that will affect certain platform features.

Maintenance Window:

March 20, 2026 | 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM UTC (2:00-2:30 AM EST / 11:00 - 11:30 PM PST)

During this 30-minute window, the following features will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Deposits and withdrawals

  • Balance and billing queries

  • New Trading Bot (Spot Grid Bot, Spot DCA Bot, Recurring Buy, Smart Portfolio) creation

  • First trades on newly created accounts

  • Certain advanced order types

All other platform functions will remain available during this time and all affected services will be automatically restored within 2–3 minutes after the maintenance is completed. We will not issue a separate announcement once services resume.
