Disputes: The laws of the State of California govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration administered by JAMS (see www.jamsadr.com). The JAMS arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California before a single JAMS arbitrator, who shall be a retired judicial officer.
